Is Dablyo a BSP? +

No. Dablyo connects directly to the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API on your behalf. We don't sit in the message path, and we don't add markup on conversation costs.

Do I need a Meta WhatsApp Business account? +

Yes — you'll need a Meta Business Manager and a verified WhatsApp Business Account. We guide you through it during onboarding.

Do I get my own server? +

Yes. Each customer is provisioned on their own Hetzner node, with isolated database, Redis, secrets and runtime — managed by Dablyo on your behalf.

Can I connect multiple WhatsApp numbers? +

Yes — multiple numbers, brands, or regions on one platform, with per-number routing and analytics.

Does Dablyo charge message markup? +

Never. Conversation pricing is paid directly to Meta at their rates. Dablyo charges a flat platform fee, nothing per-message.

Can my team reply from one inbox? +

Yes. The team inbox supports unlimited agents, mentions, assignment, SLA timers, internal notes, and audit history.

Can AI reply automatically? +

Yes — connect a knowledge base, and Dablyo's AI replies in your tone with grounded answers. Hand-off to humans triggers on intent, sentiment, or any rule you set.

What happens after I subscribe? +

We provision your server, deploy the stack, issue SSL on your subdomain and email you the dashboard URL. Usually under 10 minutes from checkout to login.

Can agencies use it for clients? +

Yes — the Enterprise plan adds a multi-tenant control plane and white-label dashboards so agencies can run multiple brands cleanly.
