How do I connect my WhatsApp Business Account? +
Inside the dashboard go to Settings › WhatsApp and follow the step-by-step guide to link your Meta Business Manager and verified WhatsApp Business Account.
How do I create message templates? +
Navigate to Templates and click Create Template. Fill in the required fields (name, category, language, components). We submit it to Meta for review and surface the approval status in real time.
Can I import existing contacts? +
Yes — Contacts › Import accepts CSV. Phone numbers must be in international (E.164) format. Tags and custom fields can be mapped on import.
What happens if my server is unhealthy? +
Each tenant runs its own heartbeat against our control plane. If we miss two checks we open a ticket on your behalf and email your operations contact.
